We manufacture these blades using high-quality metal matrix and high-quality diamond powder. The blades are always brazed, and the diamond height of our segments is between 10 to 15 mm and is as per the need of the customer. The blades can be offered either in silent cores or regular cores as per the requirement and can be in either key slot or Ɪ slot as per the requirements.  Our blades are fast cutting without chipping and long life span. Segments can be customized as per the customer’s requirements. These blades are available from 350 mm diameter ( 14’ ) to 1000 mm diameter ( 40”). Bore size should always be specified while placing the order.

We manufacture Sintered Segments that are brazed on normal or silent steel cores. We also supply loose segments for these blades for re-tipping.
