Gangsaw Segments Applications – Granite, Marble Block Cutting

Gangsaw Segments are one of the most advanced tools to cut large-size blocks that cannot be sawn on block cutters. Our segments are designed to give an even cut in the thickness of slabs with no variations and chatter marks. We specialize in cutting from the densest marble to the softest marble. We usually provide segment height between 8mm to 10mm with no base on blade thickness from 2mm to 3.5mm. We provide segments either with conical design or box segments as per your requirements.

The time taken for sawing of Marble usually depends on the hardness of the material, the quality of the blades and the diamond segments. Cobalt-based segments are free-cutting with no chatter marks and give a long service life, these are most suitable for sawing of marble. We also manufacture marble gangsaw segments made from another metal matrix in order to give low-cost of gangsaw segments. We can manufacture these segments with strips or diamond-free zones with different metal matrices, in order to reduce the cost of segments.
