Description

Our Continuous Rim Blade is mainly used for cutting porcelain, slate stone and glazed ceramic tiles and in some cases also granite and marble, where precise cut without any chipping is required. This blade requires a lot of precision while manufacturing as it has a very demanding application. We use high-quality steel core in order to reduce all vibration while cutting thus, providing high performance and smooth cut.

 

Both hot pressing and cold pressing technologies are used for continuous rim blade. We are manufacturing Economical and Premium quality blades which ensure high quality and outstanding performance. These are designed for wet cutting applications.

 

The larger blades have a 30/50 mm bore size with reducing rings available for 22.23 mm and 25.4 mm. It is very important to select proper bore size to fit your machine.
